Welcome to YardU (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, hireyardu.com, and any landscaping services you request through it. By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided
We offer residential and/or commercial landscaping services including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Trimming, edging, and blowing
- Garden care
- Mulching, planting, and seasonal cleanups
- Landscape design and installation
Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, and scheduling.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be requested via our website or by phone/email.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations or rescheduling by the customer must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result
in a cancellation fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear access to the service area on scheduled dates
- Ensure pets and children are safely indoors during service
- Notify us of underground hazards such as sprinkler systems or cables
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service fees are quoted based on property size, condition, and requested tasks. Quotes may be provided via our website, phone, or in-person evaluation.
All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit card, cash, online
payments, etc.
Late payments may incur a fee.
5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and
we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for:
- Damages resulting from undisclosed property hazards
- Loss of use or indirect damages from service interruptions
- Minor wear to grass or landscape during regular maintenance
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, and photos, are the property of YardU and may not be used without written
permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Raleigh, NC. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wake County.
